We collect your four legged friend in the morning and drop off mid-afternoon. The day will include active socialising and playtime.
We both hold dog first aid and dog handling qulifications, this means your dogs will be under the most professional care.
Hi we are Alison and Ian Troke, we have both been in retail all of our working lives. We now have the opportunity to start our own business and as we have two dogs of our own, Dexter and Charlie, that we regularly entrusted to a dog playcare we decided that doing this ourselves was the obvious next step. We have trained, socialised and exercised our own dogs for over eight years. We have both attended dog first aid and dog handling courses and have both been through disclosure Scotland and are fully insured.

So why Harry’s Hounding Around? Harry was a black Labrador that we brought back to Edinburgh from Cardiff. Sadly Harry passed away at the age of two which broke our hearts and we miss him loads. We wanted Harry to a part of this venture so we named it after him.
Your dog will be collected from you home and dropped back off safely after a fun filled day.
If your dog is wet they will be towelled dry and left cosy, tired and happy.
All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and they must be receiving regular worm and flea treatment.
